Energy Saver Suggestions

For those of us who have no airconditioning, there are a few solutions to help us stay cool.

• Keep blinds closed
• Keep lights off during the day
• Use fans to circulate the air
• Drink plenty of water through out the day
• Change air filter if you do have air conditioning

Lawncare

Tennants residing in our single family homes are responsible for their own lawncare. Tennants residing in our apartments are not responsible for lawncare. Most towns have a city code or ordinance on high grass and you could be fined. None the less, all tennants are responsible for liter pickup.

Emergency Maintenance

We have an EMERGENCY HEATING number for nights and weekends only!

Just a friendly reminder that maintenance repairs are based on the priority level.
